Purpose
These terms explain the use and purpose of the public PayGuard website.
PayGuard's role
PayGuard is a payment sourcing and commercial introduction agency. PayGuard helps merchants identify possible payment solutions, coordinates commercial proposals, and introduces merchants directly to payment providers.
PayGuard is not a payment provider or payment processor and does not process payments.
No guarantee of availability or outcome
Website content is general information. It does not guarantee provider availability, merchant approval, commercial terms, compliance acceptance, or a successful integration. Any proposal remains subject to confirmation by the relevant parties.
Direct agreements and integration
Merchants and payment providers conduct their own checks, agree contracts directly, and handle integration between themselves. Each party remains responsible for its own legal, regulatory, technical, and commercial decisions.
Contact actions and external services
The website does not submit a request to PayGuard. Telegram and email buttons open third-party services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.
No agreement created by visiting the website
Visiting the website or preparing a message does not create a contract with PayGuard or a payment provider. Any separate engagement or commercial terms must be confirmed directly by the relevant parties.
Changes and contact
Website information may be updated as PayGuard's public service description develops. Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@payguard.agency.
